| TJ 110 Advanced is the new pinking machine series of JEM srl. It implements the newer and more advanced technologies and gives new meaning to the concept of pinking machine. It improves the cutting process under every point of view. TJ 110 Advanced presents great innovations. It simplifies the blade change operation, thanks to the new side accessed system FBR ( Fast Blade Replacement ). It improves in the turning of the cutting board, now managed electronically, programmable in rotation degrees ( 90° o 45° ) and direction (clockwise, counterclockwise). TJ 110 Advanced is designed to help the moving of fabric, in fact it has a working bench lower than average of competitors' pinking machine. The simplicity of programming language of cutting measure and the advanced graphical user interface with touch screen functionality nearly cancel the operator training time. The cutting speed and the cutting board translation speed have been improved using serial bus technologies. JEM srl can provide cutting board made in PV-Block and PP of any size and blades straight and serrated with 4/5/6 mm pitch. |
